Over 35 million people are affected by allergies in US alone. Allergies affect not only the adult, but anybody at any age, place and time, especially when our immune system is getting pretty weak due to health problem. Allergy was first used by a Viennese pediatrician, Clemens von Pirquet in 1906 to describe the condition of his patients where they were very sensitive to certain substances, such as dust, pollen or even food. When a person in contact with the allergen, the allergen will triggers series of reactions in their immune system as if a person is being attacked by the allergen that causes the symptoms of allergies.
