Tinnitus: I was Exposed to Loud Noise
There are many theories as to why this happens but the exposure to a loud environment is the most likely culprit. Although the doctors have some theories as to why this happens, it is most likely due to an exposure to loud noise in the environment. Doctors have several theories on its cause, but the most probable cause is due to exposure to loud noises. War is very loud which can result in war veterans suffering from this condition.
The medical community offers surgery as the cure. The result is an operation on your ear which may be dangerous. One morning you make wake up and hear ringing or just might wake up hearing nothing at all.
One way to have a personal victory over tinnitus is to simply ignore it. In actual fact our brain is conditioned to behave thus. Your body is constantly moving and having sensations. As you are reading this your body is getting the sensation to understand what you are reading and understanding what you are reading. The body is a wonderful thing and it can do so many different things. And it never sleeps. It is constantly working, whether you are sleeping or you are awake. Your brain selects which of the senses you will register; otherwise your conscious mind would be overwhelmed with input. Remedies exist which train you to unconsciously take no notice of the ringing. Only a very basic exercise can produce result with it. On reading the newspaper with intense attention, you should realize that you are not hearing any ring. Keep doing that, and soon you will be unconsciously ignoring the tinnitus.
The hearing disorder tinnitus is common among teenagers brought about by unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy food and repetitive exposure to loud music especially in nightclubs. The drums can cause nerve damage leading to tinnitus. The strangeness about tinnitus is that the patient hears sounds of animals, ocean waves, and various artificial sounds that in reality do not exist in his environment.
