We all know that, there are some legitimate reasons. All you need to do is make your own list of reasons you are going to torture yourself with a strict diet. You need that daily incentive, just to keep you honest with yourself. One big mistake people make with hypnosis and many other things is they try it and if it didn’t work then they dismiss it completely. I have had many people use my hypnosis audio CDs and said how glad they were that they did because what the4y used in the past just didn’t work or they were uncomfortable with it for whatever reasons, recording quality, the hypnotist’s style or voice, etc.

In my particular case, my problem drinking was related to drug control. Originally, I used to smoke pot, but it was much easier to get wasted on alcohol. I don’t blame the drug policy for my alcohol addiction, but I do see it as a contributing factor. If alcohol is the only way you can get legally, than people who are prone to alcoholism are much more likely to get addicted to it instead of using safer alternatives.

Hypnosis is a very powerful process when it comes to creating or guiding behavior change. It is anyone’s best interest to be sure they seek out quality, qualified and experienced training. It’s not about what we do but why we do what we do and that is all emotional and mind / thought based. That is why weight loss using hypnosis is so effective as it helps change those old patterns and feelings about food and eating.

Self hypnosis online is also done with more high tech approaches like webcam or online meeting rooms.
